First of all, the hardcover copy I read is physically beautiful. The paper is wonderful. The font is lovely. The colours are great. The layout is open and joyous. And… the physical integrates and supports the writing, the words, the pictures, the illustrations. Beautiful!
For the writing… the last line of the pubisher’s description about this book being a trip back through a life well lived by a woman well loved is absolutely perfect. It is that. And it is lovely.
Truly a joy on all levels! Definitely recommended.
