What This Privacy Policy CoversThis privacy policy pertains to the use of the Created Expression web site at http://created-expression.com. This privacy policy covers how Created Expression treats personal information that Created Expression collects and receives. This policy is effective March 18, 2007. Only your member name (userid, username, alias) will be shown publicly or to other members and this only when you choose to comment or post material. Log Information: Created Expression automatically receives and records information on server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie, and the page you request. This information is for statistical and anti-spam purposes only. Information Sharing and DisclosureWhen you submit a commit, post a message or share your work in our members gallery, the member name that you post under is visible to other members and sometimes is visible to “guests” (meaning not registered or logged in visitors). Beyond this, the information you choose to make available (i.e. your e-mail address or web site url) is your responsibility. Account information is password-protected on our servers and passwords are encrypted within this password-protected files. This means that we can help you generate a new password but we can’t tell you what your current one is (even though the software knows whether or not the one you typed in is valid). Information We Leave with YouCookies: A cookie is a small amount of data, usually including an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and is stored on your computer’s hard drive.
